Hi can anybody help, we have recently had a full central heating system installed. But since the day it was operational a boiler fault an11 has been flashing on the boiler. This tends to happen when the remote stat calls for heat and can last minutes or seconds stopping any hot water or heat from the system. I have had information the stat may have been wired incorrectly is this a possbility. The boiler is a biasi inovia 35c, thanks any reply would be great.
