Hi all.
So I have had my RGI have a look at the boiler and we have run out of ideas.

Boiler is a Biasi M296.24SM/C

The air pressure sensor has been swapped as that was the original fault indicated by the panel lights.

Now the error message showing on the lights is “problem with ignition circuit” (solid red middle light, flashing greens, and lockout on)

RGI has cleaned the fan, and cleaned out the condensate trap, checked the ignition probes and the flame detector.

Symptoms are:
Boiler fires up on signal.
20 seconds or so later flame stops.
Loops back to beginning.
Fires back up
And repeats.

Weird part now, RGI took combustion chamber off, boiler works fine.
Put it back on, cuts out immediately!

Any known issues with these that may explain this?
Thanks.

sorry we are not allowed to advise you on this in the open forum , ask your RGI to join the CC on here and he will get all the information he/she needs

So it turns out that the seal between the condenser and the flue had moved out of place so there was an air leak.
Easy fix.
