This is my first ever post so please go easy on me.
My problem is that my boiler does not want to heat my water. If the hot water is called for and the boiler is heating the central heating I get hot water for as long as the tap is running, once the tap is turned off (should go back to heating the rads) but the fan comes on for 3 seconds then goes off for 2 seconds again then comes on for 3 again then goes off this can go on for about 15 mins after which the green light flashes. If I never call for hot water the boiler seems to work fine but as soon as I do the fan thing happens and the central heating will not work. The only way to get the whole thing working again is to switch of at the mains and wait for about half an hour. Once switched on again I get central heating and one drawing of hot water before I have to switch off and on again.
Hopefully this is an easy fix any advice is greatly received
