Biasi m90e-24s No CH

Hi first time poster.

Firstly i`ve not had the ch on since last winter.

I'm currently redecorating and have removed a radiator (locked off the valves) and removed the room thermostat for the ch.
I went to put my ch on this weekend and got nothing from the boiler. I do still get hot water fine.
So far i have:

Repressurised the boiler (it dropped when removing the radiator)
Bled all the remaining radiators (and repressurised)
Reconnected a room thermostat (new dayton 2 wire)

Results:
Nothing
If i turn it off at the spur and then back on i get 6 seconds of teh pump running then it clicks off

Any Ideas?

Check stat wiring, if a 2 wire then it's a digital one if so check the batteries.
