I believe this unit is about 6 years old, I realise that it is not the best but it came with the flat. CH is fine. The problem I have is with the shower. It becomes increasingly then after about 5 minutes the flame goes out and the water goes cold. If you turn off and wait 20 minutes you can start again.
Also there is a temperature adjustment knob on the boiler which I believe should change the height of the flames but it doesnt. If I were to make a guess there might be a dodgy thermostat somewhere. Any ideas?
(obviously if this turns out to be a gas problem I'm not going to touch it)
