Hi every one, a problem with this boiler, does not start at all, not the pump or the fan, only the right LED flashes normal rate and one of the relays goes on and off 2/3 times and that is that some times the lock out red LED comes on most times not, very strange thing, any help?

In normal resting conditions the LEFT hand greenlight flashes once per second.

I think you have become muddled.

I will assume its the LEFT one flashing.

On a demand for heat the pump will run and if the flow switch is not actuated within four seconds the left light will flash twice per second!

Depending on how the links on the PCB are set ( or which pcb it is if single unit ) then on a demand for DHW the two greens will flash alternately and on CH the two greens will flash together.

Without a more accurate description of whats happening and which version of the boiler is involved I cannot give you much more information.

Trade enquiries often get a better response in the combustion chamber.

you right i did mean to say the LEFT LED, on demand for DHW and/or CH the boiler does not start, pump or fan, it is only one pcb

Assuming the pump is free and no voltage is being applied then its just the pcb at fault!

However, the single PCB for the M90 is a fairly recent innovation and is almost an amalgation of the two pcbs onto a single substrate. Most are still under warrantee if their serial number ends after about 0307.

If not under warrantee then you will need part number BI 1886101 and to set the links to 2+3 and 7+8 if its a combi ( as you imply ). About £140 to buy!

Working boiler engineers are expected to be in bed by 0030! I am just a late riser and on an e-holiday.
