Hello,
This is my first post on here so sorry if I dont provide all of the info you need. These are the symptoms:

DHW is working no problem, unfortunately the CH just is not working. I have taken the cover off and checked to see if it is anything obvious but sadly not. Whilst I have had all the covers off I have turned the tap on and the boiler fires up no problems. If i turn it off and then back on at the wall a few times it might fire up for a few seconds but then cut out. The whole process works fine Fan, pump, ignition but just wont stay on. Please help...........

Have you set the controls correctly?

Room stat up?

Right knob well clockwise?

Time clock showing "on" in the display?

They are all on mate. I have found something weird this morning tho. I don't know what the part is called but underneath the divertor valve their is a green plug that when unplugged and re onnected it fired the boiler up but only when I rapidly tap it back together. Hope that makes sense. Any ideas? Thank-you for your reply.
