We are nearing the end of a very large building project and the time came to get the 2 x Biasi boilers (that were fitted 2 years ago) commissioned.
One of the boilers was no problem whatsoever, but the second unit went into fault mode after about ten minutes.
The three LED's indicated that there is a faulty tempreture probe?
As this was an unused boiler, it was felt unlikely that the probe would be faulty, so the reset button was pressed without result.
It was then noticed that the button itself was rather 'sloppy' and so the PCB was removed only to find that the switch itself was physically broken...Could this possibly fully explain the problem?
As the boiler is new, although out of guarantee and the price of a complete board will probably be astonomical, can anyone help with regard to a replacement for the switch.
As I was a technician for more than 20 years (not boilers!!), changing it over would be no problem at all.
Many thanks for any help available.
