Hi guys. new be here, I am a Trainee Gas Engineer, my boiler biasi 28s fires up for a few seconds then I get flame lift and boiler goes to lock out, tries to
reignite few times and then with red light, however when I undo the screws to the combustion chamber and pull the cover back one inch the flame stabilises and all is well but as soon as seal the combustion chamber same problem on both CH OR DHW modes.fan seems to be running OK both heat exchangers have been cleaned out, diverter is working fine, pump is running all filters have been cleaned, can some one please help...any help is highly appreciated. regards Bil.
