BIASI PRISMA 24SE hot water problem

Hi,

I'm having hot water problems with my BIASI PRISMA 24SE
I've looked at other posts but haven't found one that fits my problem.
The heating works fine and the hot water usually gets hot for a very short time (not enough to fill a sink) them goes luke warm and stays like that.
The boiler fires up when you turn on the tap as should do and keeps running until you turn it off. The temp gauge hovers around 60%
I think it's about 5-6 years old.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
