I have a BIASI Riva advance m110.32sm/c boiler and it has a problem which has now got worse

Hot water all perfect

But central heating, it fires up ok for about 2-3 minutes and then stops, in this time the 3 ground fllor rads nearest to the boiler get mildly hot, 4 upstairs can feel some heat but less then the others, and the 3 remaining barely get hot at all- they are furthest away, on the ground floor

The boiler gets to about 60C and then stops firing, occasionally I can hear a brief clicking for a few seconds (like the clicking sound when switching from central heating to hot water) other then that the lights on boiler work as normal. no other noises at all. This has happened more frequently over the past month or so, it was random.

Pressure is between 1 and 1.5 bars.

Would anyone put me in the right direction (engineer coming next week)?

Thanks

There may be a restriction in the heating flow.

Or the diverter valve motor may be moving when it should not be!

One of those faults which needs an engineer in front of the boiler.
