Biasi Riva Compact HE water over heating

Hi, I have Biasi Riva Compact He that is over-heating on dhw and then shutting down. CH working OK.
On calling for hot water the boiler fires, water flow rate is normal but tepid at tap, the temperature gauge rises to just under 90c the boiler shuts down, temperature goes up to 95c pressure release valve dumps some water boiler shuts down.
Any advise please?

I would have liked the actual model number.

Your symptoms sound typical of a blocked plate heat exchanger.

Normally caused by the installer not cleaning the system properly.

Model is M96.28SM/C2 just over three years old, installed as complete new system. It had some sort of flushing? solution put in when installed then drained, then some inhibiter. Thanks

I thought this fault may have been too complicated for the people on here to diagnose, seem I was correct.

Have fixed it now with some excellent advice from a really good forum elsewhere!!!
Really simple fix.
