bike rear light XLC CL-R19 instructions.

The light was only one local bike shop did that will fit on a luggage rack, the instructions were in German, and now twice I have come to switch it on, and battery is discharged, it should run for 6 hours, and is recharged with USB.

On connecting to USB a green light comes on, and stays on does not matter how long it is left on charge. It will not switch on while on charge, so can't use any external supply.

It seems clear when it fails it had never charged, it fails within minutes of being switched on, however it does not go dim first, it simply switches off.

I wonder if green light should go out when charged? Just wonder if faulty or wrong charger, has any one else got one, and if so does theirs switch off when battery starts to go flat, or should it go dim first?
