I refer to the black plastic strip with two inch fingers which extend upward to fill the semicircular gaps under the bottom roof tile. I think a rat has chewed a few off as I hear one running around atop the roofing felt sometimes in the garage.
1) Can this strip be fitted in small sections from outside?
2) What else can I stuff the gaps with that a rat can't chew or pull away?
