Sorry for bringing up this thread, but I have the same problem, but is pretty much the whole year around.....

There is no obvious holes from the front or lost tiles, it is more a case of them getting in from the tiny gaps between the last tile and the fascia...

I went up and tried to plod up some gaps with expandable foam filler, but to no avail....

Like I said they are not in the loft, they seem to be in the void space between the felt and the last tile...around the area of the fascia board..

Getting really annoying now..

Any ideas? Electronic deterrent?

The only proper way of doing it is get up there safely, push back the 1st course of tiles, lift the felt, evict them and place down some eaves protection trays with bird comb on or just buy the bird comb seperate and nail all the way along the facia board.

Good luck
