Sorry - silly question - the fact that he's black is enough for you to hate him. He could have an unbroken "British born" lineage stretching back 2,000 years and you'd still hate him because of the colour of his skin.

The clue is in the name Djeison Rafael the article dosent mention a colour. I am going to guess he wasn't born here.
