biscuit jointer ,no fence

Hi just bought myself a second hand biscuit jointer, didnt realise at the time the fence was missing, any ideas of what i can use as an alterenative ?

yep thats the one , just the fence thats unattached at the front is missing. from the one i have

do you have the machine as in the picture without the bit on the left hand side standing alone

it will still function fully without the fence just clamp a bit off timber on the board face

or swing the fence round to 90% for the edge
