Bitumen and ufh

I've removed a old parquet flooring which was glued down with bitumen.
I want to install ufh over the top, what's best way to do this over a floor that was previously glued with bitumen?
 
I'm putting ufh matt on top of the lifted floor which has a bitumen layer in, if anyone knows?
