i have a porblem with my porch, the house was constructed in approx 1970. the porch has black on some of the walls under the window, this is a brick wall, battened and then fitted with hardboard. i beleive it isn't insulated due to the fact i don't think porches were covered under building regs back then. i am going to rip off the hardboard and insulate with kingspan and then platerboard and skim. can anyone advise me if the probs are that or the upvc dg windows/upvc door.
