Bled a friends Radiators today, the bar pressure was down to "0" was it because of the bleeding or has something else caused this? There is a key to bleed boiler, instructions please, thanks

Yes, the pressure would have gone down as you bleed the rad.
What you need to do now is fill (re-pressurise) the boiler.
You say you have a key? This should be a white T.
If you look under the boiler you will see a hole with a knob to the side of it.
Push the key up into the hole as far as it goes and twist to lock into position.
Give the key a small tug to ensure it doesn't come out.
slowly twist the knurled knob to the left, you should hear the water filling and also see the pressure gauge going up.
Once the pressure gets just above 1. turn the knob the opposite way to isolate the water.
Run the central heating. You may see a bit of a drop in pressure as the boiler releases the air. (top up as required)
When happy!! turn the key whilst gently pulling down, too release the key. YOU WILL GET A LITTLE WATER COMING OUT. If you get a steady stream then it means you haven't isolated the water properly.
Good luck.

yes the bleeding of the radiator probably did reduce the pressure to zero, but this is normal, and is easily fixed, there should be a water inlet valve into the system, usually like a valve looped off a pipe going into the boiler, with a keyway for a flat head screwdriver, if you turn this keyway a bit the system should fill up and the pressure will rise, the system should be bled from radiators until all air from all the radiators is out and the system filled with pressure up to about 1 bar, do a mate a favour uh........
