Got a second hand blind for room in house. Realised came with no attachments, not sure how to attach it to window frame or what fixings I will need. Can anyone help me?

The fixings are there 
Look at the two plain steel plates across the top, they can be fixed either up into the reveal or through the back into a wood frame.
The little latches pivot and locate under the inside edge of the blind to lock it in place just release them by swinging sideways and unhook them from the blind. Screw the L shaped bracket to the frame through the back, or through the top into the reveal above the window.
Then hook the blind on one side (edge) of the bracket push it up and pivot the latches back to lock on the other (edge) side of the blind.
The trim needs to be removed from the front and the latches rotated so they stick out from underneath the blind to the front, when they are pushed back so the little lip on the end sits against the blind they will lock. Then replace the trim, it's usually on stick tape or velcro.
They can be very fiddly to do but they will fit ok with a bit of persistence and a few Anglo- Saxon words!!
Edit; If you have wood frames that is the best way to fix as often getting a secure fix into the area above the window reveal is difficult.

Just wanted to come back and say thank you again. It it wasn't for you my blinds (which Ive had for months!) would never have gone up. It looks fab so Im a really happy Muma
It makes it all worth while posting on here to see a finished project
