I have some old Venetian blinds in my kitchen which I want to take down for decorating. I cannot work out how to remove them and don’t want to use too much force in case I break them. I have attached photos any help greatly received. All YouTube videos are for more modern versions

As above, then half the time you find the existing fixings into the wall are crap and need redoing!
