Block pave entirely or leave some grass? Devalue the house?

Our front garden (and I do use the term loosely) two concrete strips for the car tyres with stones in the middle and really naff moss/weeds either side complete with a sprinkling of mares tail. I want to know opinions of if i ripped all of this out and block paved the entire front would this devalue the house as it would no longer have a front garden in the tradtional sense?

It maybe a question worth asking your local estate agents, sometimes parking is a big selling point.
But it could be worth dressing the borders up a bit.
