Hello,

I had block paving done about 2 years back in my driveway. This has now lot of weeds coming. Please can someone advise what I need to get done? Someone suggested me to do below steps:

Step-1: Get the weed removed fully.
Step:2: get paving sand filled between the joint and Mop access sand from block paving.
Step-3: get block paving sealer and apply a coat of it. Which sealer to use?

Is that correct? The situation is similar to the attached picture.

Had block paving for 20 years - the sealants do help but treat mine twice a year with Weedol. Also be careful if you jet wash as that will wash the sand out even if sealed.

Weed killer and do a bit of basic tidying now and again so it does not get like it in the first place.

Apparently a polyurethane based one is best. Ive not used any but if you find one let us know. Hopefully someone might recommend a good brand and supplier.
