Block paving

hi, I need some block paving done which involves ripping up the old crazy paving and laying standard grey blocks, what sort of cost per sqm should I be looking to pay in the Essex area.

What's under the crazy paving? This will need a sub base of hardcore/type 1
How big is the total job ? 45sq mtrs
Easy access? Very
Space for a skip? Yep
Which pavers? Standard blocks 50mm
What shape is the site? Rectangle
What's around the perimeter? Neighbours timber picket fence, front foot path, side foot path.
Is the site level? Slopes from the house to the front path which is 9 mtrs away dropping about 500mm
Drain covers? No

Estimate between £85 and £110 /m² depending on choice of block.

May need to consider installing perimeter drains to comply with building regs (H)
