Pricing up a 5x3.5M garage and the price difference is negligible between the two (having to use non combustible cladding has pushed the price up!).
we have a digger in place so digging fittings etc are not too much of a problem.
What would be better? The timber will be treated and laid on a course of blocks to minimise damp problems apart from that.. what are peoples thoughts? Are block garages now redundant with the increased quality of timber and non combustible cladding?
