Blocked pipes

Is there anything that can clear an already blocked central heating pipe?
Please help.

Depends on the blockage. Sentinel x800 can be good, but you may need a power flush or if it’s only a small section, then re-pipe.

A powerflush won't clear a total blockage - there needs to be some flow through the pipe for that to work. If it's totally blocked, the only solution is a repipe

neither will clear a blockage both need some sort of flow in order to work, only way to clear a blockage is cut out and re-pipe or disconnect and physically clear the blockage

Cleaners can only do so much. Sludge in rads will just sit there unless you remove the rad and turn it on end to flush thru, otherwise the cleaner just lifts off the top loose sludge .
