blocked plastic drainage pipe

Blocked pipe has deposit built up over time so the free internal diameter of pipe seems to have been reduced. Will not move using wire and blockage is in difficult part of pipe work just about where there is a right angled bend.

Is there any chemical type solution or a decent flexible tool that anyone can recommend!

hardly scientific but is there access to push the blockage back the way it came or create a corkscrew from a hangar to be wound into 'mass' then to pull back and break it up (this worked for me in a sewar where the blockage was wedged on a joint.
