So giving a vaccine to an already infected person is a waste of a vaccine? Potentially hundreds of thousands of wasted vaccines.
And should that person go on to suffer long Covid, or other symptoms would it not reflect poorly on the vaccine?

Temperature is a crap test for Covid-19 infections and vaccines take time to have an effect so if you caught Covid-19 on the ay home from getting your shot the vaccine won't have helped appreciably.

All told it doesn't seem to be worth the trouble to scan temperatures or run PCR tests.
