blurred appearance

Hi,
Just installed internet explorer 7 and like the new features but and a big but..
The words all appear blurred, thought it was my eyes at first but it aint, After a few minutes it begins to hurt my eyes, how do i fine tune to make the words and letter appear clear and sharp ??

Under tool->internet options click on the accessibility button check the box that says "ignore font styles specified on webpages" Click OK

Then click the Fonts button and select the webpage font that best suits you.

It could also be the Cleartype setting which can be found in Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced --> Multimedia --> Always use Clear Type for HTML

Eddie and Shenks, between the two of you i have cracked it.
The cleartype kinda screwed up the vision for me but have found the full menu on the upgrade tools and have rectified it.
