Hi All
we are having a sun room built with a 3m x 2100 brick wall and another 3m x 600mm dwarf wall. both will need boarding and plastering. The room is backed onto the house the house has textured spiky render so i want this smoothed and replastered to match the other inside walls this wall is 5.25m long but has a stabdrad 1.8m patio door and a 1.8m kitchen window in it. Height should be 3m. can anyone advise on the cost for this work?
Also any advice ,,,this building game is a nightmare to a novice!!
