Look at the Retail Price Index RPI .. measure of inflation updated monthly, still used for OAP increases ... but not targetted by Govn now, they use Euro measure ( local taxes - Council Tax and Mortgages - not included ) ... starve the council grants .. C.Tax goes up .. no effect on CPI ... clever old Gordo another great goalkeeper !! )
