Hi there ,
I will be having a new boiler fitted soon and i would like to move it from its present position in the kitchen to a brick built out building next to the garage , the only thing worrying me is that the gas meter is in the same out building and there would be about 2 feet between the meter and boiler and there is not enough room to build a dividing wall and door between them , would this be possible / safe to do or should i forget the idear .
Thanks .

A gas meter and boiler can share the same room or compartment.

The limit is a gas meter or pipe should not be too close to an electric switch, meter, fuse box etc.
