boiler flue exit hole

In order to mount the boiler where I wanted it, I had to shorten a lintel in order for the flue pipe to exit to outside.

Now I have a hole 8inches wide and 8inches high. Now in order to get the room plastered and the gap blocked up correctly, can I stick a piece of 110mm pipe in, and then the flue pipe inside that???

I'd be a bit worried about that. Are you an RGI? Do you know about the clearances to openings?

Would uPVC soil pipe be regarded as combustible? I would have thought not, since the same material is acceptable for gas pipe sleeves. Also we're talking about concentric flue/air ducts so it would only be the outer air duct in contact with the 110mm sleeve.

Had britsh gas out who helped with the lcoation of the boiler site. In order to do this, I had to shorten the window as it well within the 300mm (or whatever) restriction.

No I'm not an RGI and yes I know about the clearances

How much lintel is left? I am not 100% sure on this, but suspect that this is illegal and unsafe. There are precise rules in the building regs that cover this. How much lintel is left that is resting on loadbearing structure?
British gas HELPED with the location of the boiler? Do you mean one of your mates dropped by and had a guess?
Your installer should know how to get the flue through the wall, why do you have to sort this out? The flue is part of the boiler and as such has to be done by an RGI. That includes sealing off as far as I know.

Dont know them off by heart, but I have the manual for the boiler that will be put up. Measured from the exit hole and there are no obstructions

If you're close enough to the opening to cut the end off the lintel you're probably too close. This illustrates why you should get an RGI to do the safety critical elements of the boiler installation.

The window was shortened by about 6inches and rebricked and 4inches was cut off the lintel.

I will get an RGI around for inspection to double check things before its plastered up
