Boiler - Glow Worm 24ci timer broken

My timer, on my combi boiler (Glow Worm 24ci) is now not working. I only noticed when it switched onto heat the radiators supposedly for an hour and they were still pumping out heat over 4 hours later. When I looked the time was stuck at four hours before. Now even when the radiators aren't on its the time dial isn't moving.

I don't know too much about the boiler as we've only moved in here two months ago.

anyone know what I should do? Any help appreciated!

How do i replace it? is there some kind of guide anywhere I can use?

Put a remote timer in only 4 wires (live neutral & 2 switched lives)
