boiler glowworm 18 banging

hi my boiler is not working when you turn it on the temp starts at 20 and gets to 40 in 10secs and starts banging very very load and then it cuts out. the water pump in the cupboard is working. you can hear water running in to the boiler very slow. I have flushed with water the system had some brown water not alot. Could there be a block in the boiler if so how can i clean it out.

You probably did not flush the system, but emptied it and tried to refill; not the same.
Could be an airlock, faulty pump, blocked pipe(s) valve not working properly

how do i flush it when the pump cuts out so i cant pump the water around with the flush??

You first need to find out what flushing actually entails. Reading faq and wiki would be an idea
