Permanent (can be retractable) loft ladder with hand rail
Boarded from hatch to boilers location
You are meant to have a hand rail to the boiler, but I've never seen one yet and my local gas safe inspector didn't comment when I took him to an install I had done in a loft that didn't have one. Likewise, you are meant to have a cage around the boiler, again I've never seen one.
