Boiler Issues

Hi All,

I need to find out whats going on with this boiler,
Whats happening is when you switch the boiler on, it fires up for no more than 5-10 secs then cuts out, it will repeat this process for hours on end.

If anyone can help, here is the details of what ive found

The fault could be one of any number of things!!
time to get a RGI who knows about boilers in!!
