Boiler keeps running when tap is off

Hi
I have a ProCombi 85 HE Think it is really a rebadged Vokera.
The last two times I have run a bath I have noticed the boiler keeps on running for a few minutes after I have turned off the hot tap!
It is set on DHW only the CH is off at the moment I haven't taken the cover off to check definitely that the burner is burning but I suspect it is by the volume.
It is fine when just running a sink or bowl full of hot water.
Any Ideas?

Its probably just the pump over run to cool the boiler down.

I am not sure about yours but some also run the fan as well.

You can easily check by seeing that the gas meter stops moving when DHW demand ceases.

On that model the pump and the fan can run on afterwards to dissipate residual heat.
