boiler lock out

hi,
please help i fe changed a diverter valve on potterton perfoma eco 24
and build the presser to 1.50 barb turn on power red light comes on &
yellow light fleshes, but the boiler dosent fire.
can any body help me please.

I thought i had made it very plain
first of all the boiler is potterton prefoma eco 24 he
i turn the nob on to central heating and the boiler is running fine and the rads are hot but when i turn the nob to hot water only the pump is turning but no hot water,
i hope u understand ,will aprciate your replay.

Why did you change the diverter valve. These rarely require replacing, and repair kits are all that is needed. You have posted on this boiler recently and were given good advice.......so why not take it?
