boiler losing pressure - no signs of a leak

ok ill take a look at the condensate pipe and yes the boiler guy did turn off the isovalves and the boiler didnt lose any pressure.
however, after the first leak detector did the gas trace pressure test, it did initially slow the pressure loss from every few hours to only having to refill it twice a day, so im wondering if the isovalve test done at this time may not have given us the correct outcome.

also, i can confirm the boiler make is a turbomax plus 828

another leak detector is coming round next week but do you think its worth getting a boiler guy back in to do the isovalve test again? btw this is all going through homeserve cover,,,,,thankfully im not paying for each callout

home serve is probably part of your problem:LOL: if your happy with them need to isolate to check properly , with that amount of leak it shouldn't take to long to find the leak.

everyone who has looked at the boiler has said its working fine, no signs of water with the front panel down or around/near the exchanger.
the first leak detector guy actually slowed the pressure loss down from every few hours to only having to refil it twice a day after he did the gas trace pressure test. this was a happy accident but this was also when he did the isovalve test. now that the pressue loss is back to every few hours, im guessing its worth doing the isovalve test again?
boiler is confirmed as a vaillant turbomaxplus 828

agreed homeserve probably are part of the problem,,, everyone who turns up is always in a hurry to leave and waiting for follow up appointments is a pain. the only place that we cant physically pipes is in the concrete floor in the kitchen
