Hi, I have had expansion vessel and prv replaced as I keep losing pressure. Water keeps being push outside. Got up this morning and boiler is locked out again and needs topping up. It is a ferorri and has a code of FH. The plumber did not empty the system. FH is giving another reason but would I still be leaking water outside? Should the plumber have emptied system? Thank you

Is the pressure rising to 3 bar when boiler is run for heating for an hour or so

1 bar cold might be a little low.
Check boiler manual.
Rising to 1.5 when fully hot is nothing.
At what point does it start discharging out of the relief pipe?
Does it happen at 1.5 or does pressure continue to rise when been on for an hour or more?

The issue is that it empties out the pipe outside. When I go to bed the next day it has locked out as gauge reads 0

Is the pipe outside copper ,and the pressure relief pipe ? If so ,and your system pressure does not go higher than 1.5 bar ,the prv is duff or the gauge is

I saw him with another so assuming that was new. Can you test them? Why do I get FH as the code? Is that because the pressure has gone down to zero?
