So I recently changed over my thermostat and it appears to have had drastic consequences as the boiler is no longer heating at all.

I have called a heating engineer and he assures me that I've wired it wrong and that I've blown a fuse by the boiler and it's easy to change.

Anyone got any idea where to find said fuse?

Is it in here?

There should be a fused connection unit somewhere. Its location will be wherever the original installer decided to put it. It maybe near the boiler, in the kitchen, near the hot water cylinder or wiring centre. It's a bit like you asking us where your wifi router is located.....

However it appears that your heating engineer knows where it is:

It should look something like this and be fitted with a 3A fuse.

The fault that cased the fuse to blow will need rectifying first of course. If you keep blowing fuses no good will come of it

There are also quite likely internal fuses in the boiler, but these are not standard items and would probably require a Gas Safe engineer to replace.
