Boiler not firing, no H/W or C/H

With the room stat turned off and the heating set to constant we are still not getting hot water. The pump is working and the boiler fires but not hot water at the taps.

I haven't connected a cable to 8 yet.

So do you think a new programmer is definitly required?

do you mean the water coming out of the hot water taps is cold or there is no water at all?
post a picture of the 3 port valve and the cylinder

hang fire on the programmer we will test that later

Hi Matt,

Thank you for all your help. Finally have it fixed. Heating engineer came on Saturday night. He put a new programmer on and also rewired the wiring centre. Hot water comes on independently as does the central heating.
