Hi everyone,

Am looking to get some advice. I've got an Ideal Icos HE12 boiler that isn't lighting up when instructed to heat the house.

When hot water is turned on, the boiler fires up.

The thermostat clicks when turning normally and the pressure in the system is a little over 1bar.

There are no error codes on the little LED display and I've completely powered the boiler and control unit off/on again.

Any ideas what else I can try?

Thanks in advance!

Paul

Sounds like External Control fault what timeclock do you have - is it making when on? although room stat is clicking is it actually switching?
