Buying a house with boiler in the bathroom, is this ok ? and if so what considerations/regulations are there ?

No real problem as far as the boiler is concerned as long as it's fairly modern, with a balanced flue so it takes no air from the room.
Electrical regs now say it shouldn't be in (normal "zones" in) a bathroom, though arguably you can get round that by putting it in a cupboard. It seems BG wouldn't , but everyone else would...
