Hi,

I had a half cold radiator in my bedroom so I bled it on Tues night, I topped up the pressure in my ferrolli boiler afterwards to 1.5 bar as it went down to zero. When i put the CH back on the pressure rose to 3bars in about an hour, so I switched the CH off as I had never seen it get so high, the next morning the pressure was down to 1 bar even though I had topped it up to 1.5. The CH seemed to be working fine through the day, rising to 2 bar only. Then on wed night after not having the CH on for an hour I switched it back on and again it rose to 3 bars.

This morning when I got up the pressure was down to 0.8bars after being switched off all night.

I'm hoping i have been blonde and not done something simple but can anyone shed any light as to what is going on with my boiler...I'm hoping i don't need a new one!

Any help is appreciated.
