Boiler pressure too high

My biasi combi boilers bar pressure is high- should be 1-1.5 but is actually 2.5. When I want to heat my house I have to bleed the radiator by approx. a cup daily then I can switch the central heating on. Please could someone tell me what the fault is and can it be repaired at what coast? Many thanks

Is the filling loop open? If not, sounds like could be expansion related issue. No idea on cost as everyone's costs vary up and down the country

When my mum had a similar problem with a Biasi boiler, she had the internal expansion vessel replaced by a local heating company. I think it cost in the region of £300-£350. She has long since got rid of that boiler.
