Boiler price?

At some point I'm taking out my Suprima and cylinder ( for space reasons - i'll get a cupboard back in the kitchen and more storage in the cylinder cupboard). And I'm getting a Potterton Promax 28 HE Combi (can get some of works discount and parts etc).

It'll be around £600 for boiler and standard flue is that a good price or are you trade lads getting better prices than that? I've fitted a fair few over the past 12 months with no hassle ( unlike the ideal isars we used to fit). But has anyone else had any bad experiences with these boilers?

Thanks in advance.

Personally I would never touch one, they have an awful history.

But then each to his own.
