I have an Ideal Isar HE30   yeah I know what they are like from reviews, had it about 4 years now its had 3 pumps 2 pcb boards and 2 diverter Valves. It now playing up again

Here are the Faults i have at the minute :-

Hot water runs hot then cold then hot then cold.

When running the Hot water the Rads are getting warm. All reads are bleed.

Its Banging all the time when running!

When the hot water starts you can hear the boiler building the heat up then the pressure gauge just goes wild (see Video)

We keep getting the L9 fault on but you can reset the boiler after a while. It resets then you get 3 lines on the status code then goes back to normal. Have noticed that when the boiler heats up and stops I get a quick code H A flash then it starts up.

Any help will do

Your symptoms relate to a possible dirty plate heat exchanger.

I see a pattern ignoring pcb's which the Ideal Isar will eat 1 every 2 years.

The pumps and diverter valves all sound to be related to dirty
system. I suggest a thorough flush of the entire system.

My personal preference is actually take the radiators off and flush them out with a hose pipe if you have the time.
